Drink 16 Ounces Of Water As Soon As You Get Out Of Bed

You probably go around dehydrated all day. Help the effort by starting off drinking 16 ounces of water immediately after you rise from bed. You don’t have to chug it, but it needs to be the closest thing to pure water (not coffee or tea or energy drinks) as possible.

The debate continues to rage on whether a person needs eight glasses of water a day. Some need eight; some need more or less. But we all need water, and except for extreme cases, a little more water will not hurt you. Other than your need for more trips to the bathroom. But starting off your morning by getting a fill of H2O before doing anything cannot be disputed a solid, if not simple, advice.
