Don’t Let Actions That Do Little Harm Keep You From Improving Yourself

Just because you’ve developed a habit that doesn’t take too much away from your life, doesn’t mean it’s not worth considering replacing it with something else.

It might mean eating less fast food to help shave off that last 5-10 pounds you can’t quite lose or watching a few hours less mindless television to study for a certifications test that could lead to a promotion.

It’s not a matter of what you do that is taking away from your life. It’s looking at what you are doing that isn’t adding to your life that you could replace with something that is.
