I believe that everyone has a story to tell, and there is a very important audience waiting to hear that story.
I believe this so much that I create a program to help people struggling with their story.
But me being convinced that there are people with stories inside of them usually isn’t the catalyst for those people reluctant to speak aloud to share their personal stories.
How do you convince them to speak up and speak out? Everyone has a personal pain point that eventually pushes them. Sometimes its personal tragedy. Sometimes it is realizing the joy of sharing the story to an upcoming generation. Sometimes it’s the offer of a cash payday. Whatever it is, the power behind the motivation varies in all. But eventually, the desire to tell the story comes.
